First and Last

I know the first of it but not the last, I like the first part - it's nice, calm, warm, funny, sweet, caring and a bit daring, I stand now a little off center, I want to know the last part will it balance my feelings, there's nothing worse than the stinging sensation of a fall from grace, will I stand on my own two feet in your presence and still smile the way I'm smiling now?
