Blessed Workout

The words lifted from the page and set upon a musical grid were words I've known all my life and so haven't you and you and everyone, there is not one person dead or alive that hasn't at one time in the past said goodbye or been said goodbye to and I for one have said and been said goodbye to many times and I'm sure there will be more goodbyes in my future as well as in yours, the words so profoundly simple transcended all that has happened and will happen and all that is real and honest in life and love and I for one felt them deeply in my heart and soul and channeled all those including myself that have lost and won and felt and cried and despaired and rejoiced at goodbye. . .
